Hello everyone! Hope all are doing good. I'm craving for sweet milk pudding lately. It's been years since I had it. The milk pudding is prepared by colostrum milk that a cow produces for the first few days after it delivers a calf. It should not be consumed without boiling it .So the first milk and normal milk is mixed together jaggery, pepper , cardamom powder is added to it . The taste is so good and it's nutritional value is high too.
Have you ever tasted it?. Is it available in your country?.
Image is not mine .

@DaddyEvil oh nice to know. Here they distribute the milk to friends and family in joy only after the calf had it .
