Time Zones

I have been writing here at myLot since 2009 and I do know time zones of a few myLotters. For example @Judy Evans is around four plus hours ahead of me, @IcyDoll shares the same time zone but I am not sure if she is up at 4 in the morning or still snoring (lol). For those in the US it is night time for them when it is day time for me but I still see some perhaps burning their midnight oil (lol) .
However I am here at a time that suits me and that could be when none of those whose time zones I know will be there - perhaps snoring, or working in offices.
Even those from India will not be up when I am - 4 am is too early for them I am sure.
And by the time I reach mid morning there is hardly anyone that I interact will be there.
How do you go about posting? Do you come at a time when your regular myLotters are also there or just post as and when convenient to you?

I come on here after lunch after doing some surveys on Branded Surveys for about one hour before picking my nephew from high school.

How ironic… when I saw you were commenting back to me this morning I wondered what time it was for you there. I assumed when it was morning for me here it was probably night time for you there. Right now it is11:38pm. Hopefully you are active right now to tell me what time it is there so I know how many hours apart we are.

@allknowing l am about to fall asleep. At 1020 a.m l am usually thinking what l will prepare for lunch which l usually have at 12 noon.

@jstory07 I am the same way. I pop in an out all day long anytime I have a few minutes to spare. I don’t worry about who is active at the moment. Mostly the same people read my posts no matter when I post them. I usually write a post and then go to bed. I love to wake up in the morning and see what comments I have on my posts and notifications there are.

But most are hungry for your posts as they get to your posts when they come online. I do that too as I open the top rated and I always see you there

I don't follow timing slots for making a post and response. I just come and interact with others whenever I gets time.

I notice most do that but for some their timing is ideal as many other users are also there when they are busy. It is good to interact when someone is there online with you

I almost never post. When I start my day (around 5:30 a.m.), I go first to check all my notifications and respond to them. Soon after I start to check the "most recent discussions", I do not care who is online and who is not, when people are around they respond.

I notice you get to my posts almost at the same time every day 11.30 am. Ofcourse we have ways to get to posts that interest us and in a way it is not necessary that we are there when those whose posts we respond to are also there online

@allknowing - When I post, I wait that the American users are around. The East Coast is 6 hours behind us, so I wait the afternoon our time.

I do what's convenient for me. It's nice as the comments will be there when I return here. And then when they get back they can comment back to me

You are right but at the same time I have my schedules I cannot stay awake beyond 8.30 pm and I have a few tv programmes to watch before that.

@allknowing it's also difficult to know when the most activity takes place . So it's best to post what time suits for us .
