Normally if you go to a restaurant, a small soup is maybe a cup of soup in that size container, while a large soup is in a bowl. I thought about asking about the sizes before I ordered, but thinking it would be like that, I ordered the large and that thing came in a huge cauldron!! I ate quite a bit while I was there, but sadly, I didn't really like the soup. It was chicken tortilla which normally I love, but this just didn't have that good of a flavor. Anyway, there was so much, I ended up bringing almost a quart of it home. Honestly, I would probably give most of it to the dog if he was here, but I guess I am going to have to have this again...and again...sigh! Maybe it will be almost gone with two more bowls.

If I can tolerate it. It really isn't that good. I could have made it better at home. I guess I will experiment with some seasoning.

I added some salt. Not sure what else I would add. Maybe some taco seasoning or something.

You can doctor it up to hide the taste when reheating it.

I hope it works, because truthfully, it is not too exciting.

I probably could, but I kind of think I want to eat it and have it gone. It isn't like a treat from the freezer I would be looking forward to.

@LadyDuck Right, bad memories...
. I might have suggested a different recipe for their soup, but this place has 3 different locations and two of them are in cities that have lots of competition so I think they feel they know what they are doing.(have the idea this was a family recipe) They do make some pretty food, and most of it is decent.

I understand, you do not want to see this soup in your freezer for too long.

I was wondering if it would...sometimes flavors do kind of marry together. It is scheduled for lunch today...so we will see.
