My father eats chili peppers often. I wonder how can he eat them. I know that they are healthy. They can help reduce the risk of some medical problems. But their taste is too strong for me. I have to drink a lot of water if I am eating chili peppers. Today I read more about chili peppers benefits. They improve digestion, high blood pressure, support cardiovascular health. They have antioxidants that can kill cancer cells. When we have a cold it's good to eat chili peppers. Do you eat them?

I find this an interesting post.
My family, in general, enjoy hot and spicy things.
Me, on the other hand, like the flavor but not the heat - and I found out a few years ago, its got something to do with the way the taste buds are on my tongue!
My dentist commented on it - I'd never spoken to her before but she told me, 'I guess you're not a fan of spicy food'?
I was amazed and rather glad - I always wondered why I couldn't tolerate heat.

I can't eat them like, literally chewing the peppers as is raw!!
I eat food with chili peppers in them but not too much chilis as I can't tolerate anything too hot and spicy.
