Ha He Hi Ho Hu!
Another day, another week. Well, I wasn't able to log on to mylot these few days because I can't see!
No, not blind. Just that, my right eye, hurts. Here it goes.
Weekend
After from the church, I rest for a while. Then late afternoon, I feel like eating doughnut. I don't want to buy them because it is quite expensive outside. So, with flour, yeast, cooking oil, baking soda, sugar, salt, condense milk, and ready to go! As you can see in the picture, it only takes about 5 minutes for the yeast to grow.
The shocking part
After shaping the doughnut, I heat the pan, put oil, then let it heat. Balance the temperature so the doughnut won't burn as soon as I put it in. Then, one by one, put it inside. First one, okay. Second one, okay. Third one....
Boom!
The dough suddenly pop! The oil fly right to my right face..... Thankfully of my habit for not cooking too close to the pan, I manage to most of my face, except my right eye and the area of it. Gosh! So hot, it's burning!!!!!!!
Nope. I didn't go to the clinic. I just cool it down using flour. Then rinse it with water. Then put some ointment. I am okay now. It's just that it still hurts when I put the ointment. Maybe I just let it cool down for some more hours to days before I can put the ointment again.
What an April shock!
Picture is mine.
Kbye!
Adie,

My left eye was hurting. Not from baking, but allergies. It's better now.

@JESSY3236 I believe these are some common-uncommon allergies that we are facing. I ever read one article that one is allergic to her own sweat.
