Have you done some extreme sports before?

When I was young, I ever tried rock climbing. It was not that extreme since I would use wire, helmet etc. as a protection. As some training, my friends and I went to Moon Mountain in Yangshuo and we had rock climbing there. Of course I wouldn't let my parents know it anyway as it would be too much for them
I watched a documentary about solo rock climbing before and I will never try it. That's quite dangerous. I should be responsible to my family.

Sports, maybe not. The most extreme activity I ever did was just ziplining.

I have done rock climbing but that was under professional guidance and it was not too extreme. I enjoy trekking, hiking, swimming etc but nothing in extreme.

I don't like heights or such situations. I did drive to the location he was climbing to once when my ex decided he wanted to climb a part of the Owyhee Mountains here in southwestern Idaho. The extra time it took him made me a bit uneasy. Some men do the darndest things.
