Finally, after a month of sitting on the phone with Dell, I called Netgear to check out my router since Dell said they had run out of options. I paid $49; and then the tech spent 2 hours checking out my router and didn't find anything. She then passed me along to a higher level tech support. After another 2 hours, the brilliant guy said that the problem was in the tiny box that tracks my movements on the internet (I get paid to have it connected). I contacted the company; and it turns out they had a corrupted certificate file which was giving me the "Your connection isn't private" errors. Now it's fixed!
I will still have to download ALL my files and pictures from the cloud. I hope they are all there. I also need to contact Dell and get my Microsoft Office Suite files back. They were also deleted in the reset.
I am going to attempt to go back to March 12 and read all of your Discussions. There will be hundreds of them. Unfortunately I lost almost 200 Notifications. I can't get those back. Please bear with me...this will be a long project.
Recently we went to Bob Evans for dinner. I had a $50 gift card that I received from our insurance company for getting a mammogram. Cool!
I've missed you all so much and can't wait to get back in the MyLot swing of things.

I'm so happy to hear that you're back and that it finally got figured out. Hope you can get all your files, etc back and life can go back to normal.
Hope you enjoyed your dinner at Bob Evans. Having a gift card makes it all that much better.

My son is a computer engineer, he hates those tracker activity boxes.
Glad you are back online and it is all working again. I wouldn't fuss with all the notifications, I am sure no one expects you to do that, Linda.

I want to read all the Discussions because there's so much I have missed! It will take me a while. I only have a few Notifications left. The rest were deleted by MyLot when they got to a certain point.

Super happy that you are back with us again, let the good times roll.
This has been an exhausting ordeal, and only to find out that it was not the computer at all, but the router.
I cannot imagine how you feel, but I know that you must feel relieved that this work is behind you.
