Mother Charged.

In January this year came the disturbing news out of Virginia about a 6 year old child who shot his teacher in her chest and hand - thankfully she survived.
Now the 25 year -old mother has been charged with one count of felony neglect and one count of misdemeanor.
An earlier ruling had stated that the child is too young to be charged.
What is your take on the matter? It is a criminal charge , what if there is a conviction?

@TheHorse I know a case when a child with a certain disease was brought to a regular class in order for him to study with other children , because they wanted to adapt to the community , in the end it ended with him sticking a pencil in another child 's leg

I hope the teacher wins millions. I have no sympathy for the Mom. She needs to serve time.

I know many such cases when children are not responsible for their monstrous actions , in such cases I always admit the idea that it is completely unfair that they remain unpunished can serve in the future repetition of these actions
