These days the statement 'I am busy have no time to breathe' has become a status symbol. Most who I know keep saying that and I am the only one who I can say am a lady of leisure. Do not get me wrong I too do a lot of things but there is a system in my life. I make time for everything and everyone The minute my mobile rings I attend to it and talk as though I have all the time in the world for that person. The other day I had called someone who returned my call the next day and repeated that famous sentence 'I am busy have no time to breathe' Do you also keep saying 'I am busy have no time to breathe'? I'm not too busy nowadays because I am retired. But during my working years, we call these days - TOXIC DAYS. This may be because we worked in the health allied courses. Yes, I often hear some people say this. Sometimes, the hurly-burly of every day living is just so fast-paced in spite of all the electronic discoveries that would make work a lot easier.

There are certainly days when one 'cannot breathe' We all go through them. I just had a visitor who had come to collect a cheque from me and was so restless - the usual 'busy no time to breathe' kind of avatar. I gave him a lecture and then he slowed down (lol) .

That situation of being busy some times is a common thing but some are in the habit of just pretending

It's a matter of respecting time and that's it. Time is more valuable than money Just making a statement 'Busy no time to breathe' needs analysis Busy doing what?

I am the same like you. I have time for everything . Some of my friends also behave like that as if they don't have any time to breathe .

I don't believe anyone can be so busy like "no time to breathe",through my eyes, sometimes, that statement was just a excuse if someone wanna refuse you, when they wouldn't like to be with you to do sth, they will use busyness for a excuse of refusal.Maybe someone is really busy sometimes, but impossible to keep having no time to breathe.

More than not wanting to be with someone it is about showing the world they are far too busy - kind of a self induced status symbol.
