Spent an evening with an old friend

Met an old friend yesterday and spent the entire evening with her. I reached her place at 4 in the evening and we did not realize how time passed and by the time I left it was 10 pm. Her husband and son quietly sat in the bedroom and did not disturb us. After the pandemic it was the first time I visited someone other than family. It was a fun evening and a change from the routine. Waiting for life to get completely normal and people can start moving around freely.
