We've been away at a horse endurance ride

I’ve missed a few days as we had an endurance ride on Saturday. We don’t ride but others ride their horses over varying distances and we take photos of them. If they like the photos, they can purchase them off our website.
We took our caravan and parked it at a friend’s house so that we’d have power. It was supposed to rain on Saturday but luckily there was a small amount of drizzle and that was it.
I’ve made a collage so I can show you four photos at once. Last year, the ride was in memory of a rider who had lost her fight with cancer. The photo, upper left, shows one of her horses which she gifted to the rider. The blue bib means the rider will be riding 40 kms. Lower left shows what I thought was the prettiest horse there. It’s hard to take bad photos of a really pretty horse.
Upper right I included to show the beautiful foliage of the tree near the gate. I think it is a liquidambar but I’m not sure. And lower right are two happy riders giving a high five. The pink bibs say they’re rode 20 kms. It would have been only their second or third ride in this discipline.

Wonderful pictures.
Your fall foliage is starting to come into its own, is it? Here north of the equator, it seems our spring may finally be getting its act together and warming up to seasonal temps. It's been an unusually cool May thus far here in North Carolina.

And what distance do the yellow bibs signify?

I'm glad there wasn't enough rain to cancel the ride! In my opinion, the horse in the upper left is the prettiest one you took photos of this time.
Welcome back...

@JudyEv I would never have guessed it was his first ride! And yes, I would also say he looks like he's enjoying himself.

@DaddyEvil I meant his first endurance ride. He would have been broken in probably a year or two ago. But for his first 'outing' he was very relaxed about it all.

The tree was spectacular and there was a row of similar but smaller ones going up the fence line.

When the weather is nice, they get to have some great rides along the country tracks.
