A blast from the past - fancy dress night

I hate having to think up something for ‘fancy dress’ but Vin takes it on as a challenge. One year, many years ago, we came up with these outfits. By the big ears on Vince, you can probably guess he was meant to be King (then Prince) Charles. The sashes are Championship ribbons won by my father’s sheep. You can see I was Champion Ewe under something or other – one-year or two-year old. Our friend went as Boy George. Boy George was born in Eltham, England, in 1961 and is still performing.

I don't know what Boy George looks like so don't know if your friend did well or not. You and Vince both look good, though.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the Kings ears, he seems to have grown into them I think. You showed this photo once before, you look so very happy in it.

@JudyEv I hear that Boy George is big in Australia - please keep him there. Your need is greater than ours. And you can have Charles too. In fact it might be an idea to move the throne to Canberra for a while. We won't mind. (Don't worry, I've just got a case of post-coronation constipation).
