The short vacation to Mosel is over. It was a wonderful vacation and I have seen and climbed 2 castles. Eaten so well and have seen awesome landscapes. I have never seen plenty of forests in my life. Rhineland Palatinate has plenty of forests. We had a joy ride yesterday and ended on top of the hill. Gladfully, we had my iPhone which I used for the GPS.
Now, I am tired changing the beddings of our bed and vacuuming the house. I miss eating rice and so I will cook rice in a few minutes for our dinner. How did I survive for a week without boiled rice? I still have to check what I will cook with rice for our dinner. Maybe chicken meat and of course veggie salad. The salad in the photo was eaten by me a few days ago in a restaurant. It was with yoghurt dressing.
Anyway, I will come back to Mylot after our dinner. I still have to finish my notifications. See you later in an hour or 2. Until then. Thanks for reading.

Congratulations on your wonderful vacation! It sounds like you had a fantastic time exploring the castles and landscapes of Mosel, and seeing all the beautiful forests. It's great that you were able to make use of your iPhone for GPS - it certainly made your journey much easier! And also, hats off to you for surviving a week without boiled rice - that's no mean feat!
When you return home, don't forget to indulge in some tasty treats as a reward. Try a classic German meal such as bratwurst or schnitzel, or if you're feeling adventurous maybe a dish of sauerbraten (German pot roast). Or if you're after something sweet, try a Schwarzwälder Kirscht. I have just read it somewhere online and you might find this very tasty.

Thank you @resy21curapika. It was indeed a fantastic time. My iPhone really helped a lot of our travel.
Eating German food is no longer adventurous for me as I cook German food a few times a week. Bratwurst, schnitzel and Sauerbraten are delicious with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes. Thanks for reminding Schwarzwälderkirschtorte. I have not make it for a long time now. Yummy!

Glad that you had a good time in your short visit of Mosel. I also could not survive without rice. However, I'm on a diet right now, so I eat rice during lunch only and plan to exercise or walk daily.
Enjoy your dinner and the salad looks yummy.
