How do you deal with toxic people

I met toxic people in my workplace and they are hard to please. I cannot understand their attitudes. They like to be in hot water. Many dislike them and still, they cannot get the point. We can see how they act, how their faces look, and how they raise their voices. They are so annoying but in my case, I do not entertain them. I ignore them and feel they never exist.
There was one toxic employee that I greeted one time. I didn't know that she was labeled as toxic, and yes, my friends were right, she never responded to my greeting and never had looked at who was greeting her. That was a shame. But good news, one time she attacked one employee without knowing that the person was among the officials of the Board of Regents, and she was instantly fired . What a big relief people in the university were feasting with joy. She met her Karma
What about you, how do you deal with toxic people?

Your post is both amusing and serves as a lesson for toxic individuals. In my personal experience, whenever I've encountered toxic people, I chose not to retaliate but rather let it go and leave the accountability to a higher power, the Almighty God. I've witnessed that such individuals often face severe and unimaginable consequences. This approach, leaving it to God, is the best policy. God is the ultimate dispenser of justice, and all we need to do is have faith.

@zainkhan121, you're so right, we have to leave that toxic environment to God. He does the rest. Those toxic people must pray to be blessed and to change their bad attitudes causing trouble to people who like peace and harmony.

wow, I'm so happy to hear toxic people get fired. Indeed they do not deserve to be in a good place.

Staying away and ignoring is good if you can do it . . . but I know it's not always possible in a working situation or when you have no choice but to see them all the time. Sometimes there is nothing you can do but deal with them. Oh but it sure is sweet when they are met with their own Karma .

@LeaPea2417, they are hostile, no fear, no shame, so peace loving people like us must stay away from them to avoid head aches

@Ronrybs , Because I am still working, I can not avoid toxic people even my boss is sometimes toxic, I mean my program head. Sometimes we cannot understand her attitude. She is mostly moody. We just ignored and pretended we didn't sense her mood.

I actually bought a book about this topic, and am about halfway through it. Sadly, I didn't buy it to learn how to deal with nasty co-workers, but toxic family members. I'm glad you realize it's not personal, and they'd be awful to anybody who had your job (like you said in your discussion).

I've met people like this a few times, and every time someone replies to them, they seem to be happy about it, which means their hard work is paying off. By ignoring them, going one step by not fulfilling their wishes..
