I am off to guitar Center in half an hour. I just cooked up some Trader Joe's Kun Pao Chicken for lunch. All I added was some serrano peppers, some zucchini, a bit of onion, and some fried rice. It was delicious and should hold me over for my Guitar Center semi-marathon. What did you have for lunch on this sunny and cool Tuesday?

I had left overs that I found in the fridge. Pork cops and mashed potatoes. Now all the left overs are all gone.

This is very good, for lunch we had tagliatelle (fettucine) with shrimps and asparagus in a creamy sauce. Good.

I enjoy your photos. But you're right: all horses do start to look the same after awhile. I'd have to sniff their nostrils to really feel I know them.

I had a terrible headache and didn't eat breakfast. I ate eggs and toast about 1 PM. It must have helped to wait, as my headache is pretty much gone now. Have fun at your semi-marathon!

I had to drive to Vancouver, WA to get my fingerprints done for the state parks and when I was done, decided on a Carl Jr angus jalapeno cheeseburger with no sauce. I don't drink cokes often but decided on a diet coke. I drank a third of it. The burger was really good and held me over until dinner. We were going to grill steaks but decided to tomorrow instead.

@TheHorse ha This was a smaller version of their burgers. Like they took a kids meal burger and added the jalapeno. I have to be careful how much ground beef I eat. I can't eat McD's burgers. Not sure what they put in them but, yeah....
