How I earned from blogging

I have been blogging for more or less 10 years, and now, I’m able to earn enough to pay for some of my bills.
I started blogging making use of free sites, such as blogger.com. I created 9 blogs from these free platforms. I wrote about various topics in my blogs, such as Education, Health, Fiction, Work, and News. It was the last niche that got popular, so I bought a domain name and shared hosting for my news website.
It was a tedious process at first as I had to make my blog known to online users. So, I joined blogging communities, visited blogs, and interacted with the authors. I was able to establish lasting friendships that is still existing right now. These people gave me inspiration and motivation to keep going despite the failures I encountered. From 0 visitors I got 50 to a100 or more visitors.
I also added the links to my blogs in all my social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. Likewise, I listed my blogs in search engines list such as Google Search, Yahoo Search, and Bing Search.
After increasing my online presence by writing more or less a hundred posts, I applied to Bidvertiser, Blogger4review, Blog Engage, and other affiliate links. I no longer write now, and I don’t know if they are still active.
When my followers increased, I applied for Google Adsense (GA). Someone told me, they are legitimate. So, I dropped all the other links, as they may not be allowed by GA. I wanted to concentrate on AdSense only. I was lucky as GA approved my news website and I was able to post the ads on my other blogs too. But it was only my news site that earned more.
So, it has been with Google AdSense that I now get my monthly earnings.
I’m still learning how to do SEO because I’m not computer savvy and I only know the basics. This is my next step because I know I could earn even more when I am able to know all the complex procedures.
Hence, presently, I am earning monthly only from Google AdSense.
What about you? Have you tried blogging or creating your own website? How did/do you earn? Kindly share them with us. Thank you.

@Laurakemunto It's really very easy. In 10 minutes you can create your own blog and start posting pictures or articles.

I admire your dedication and your post was very informative. It was very interesting to read about your experience but I have no interest in blogging.

I visited your profile and looked at your link. That is something no ordinary person can achieve. You have the grit. More power to you.

@Jenaisle You are no longer ordinary looking at your achievements. One needs tenacity, patience, and the will and that cannot be developed as it is inherent.

I had a blog but I stopped blogging when I got pregnant. My pregnancy wasn't smooth. During the first trimester, I was not allowed to walk. I would eat meals in bed. Basically, I was cooped up in my bed. I had to temporarily move to my parent's house. I was like bedridden for 6 months. There was no wifi in my parent's place.
I had a good following (in the Philippines and abroad but eventually, I got busy when I gave birth. A lot of people encourage me to go back to blogging.) A lot of people knew about my pre-pregnancy journey as I had shared it on my blog.

You can spend just thirty minutes posting about your adventures as a new parent. Allot 30 minutes to 1 hour per day when your baby sleeps to write your post. It doesn't have to be long as long as it offers something good to the readers. You can do it.

@Iam_jauntyjen Wow, she's already a child, not a baby anymore. I guess your blog would still be there.

You have worked at a goal and achieved this well with your blog. This is a good plan I can follow and good information. I Have two main blogs I am working on and would like to get more traffic. I was even going to pay for visitors. Hope I can get those numbers up.

@LindaOHio That's a lot. You could monetize it and just leave it so it can earn.

@Jenaisle No, it was too much work to do it again. I had about 50 pages.

I have registered on Weibo before, but I don't have a blog. My Weibo is read by people I know and there are relatively few strangers.I will post some emotions and also send some photos of myself. I haven't written in 7 years.

@zhangxueying You could learn while you write. It is your blog anyway, so you can write any way you want.

You may want to try to start your blog. You can post photos of anything (not of yourself) and share them.
Publish your passions your way. Whether you’d like to share your knowledge, experiences or the latest news, create a unique and beautiful blog.

@Jenaisle I am not good at writing. I feel that my language expression is not rich enough, so I may not be suitable to become a blogger who earns money by writing articles.

I tried in the past. But they did not work out for me. But I am earning from different sites (that I can't mention here).
On the other hand though, since I started to create tutorial videos, I need to create my own site again. Then again, I need to come up with enough funds first...
