What Can I Send To Ukraine

I feel bad considering what is going on in Ukraine. I feel that I should send them some help but I don't what kind of help I should send them. Am not in a position to send them battle tanks or ammunition. What can I send as I want them to feel that am sorry for what is happening there.

Donations in the form of money and goods. Those will come a long way if you really want to send material help. You have the internet to know which legit organizations to donate to Ukraine.
