That ought to douse any wildfires

Canada

Normally at this time of year the mountainous regions of Alberta and British Columbia, Canada are under fire. Wildfires burning uncontrolled across the Northern interior Rockies. This year mother nature had a surprise in store. Snowfalls of a significant amount draping the foothills and interior mountains of Alberta. If you're planning a trip to Banff or Jasper this summer, bring your skis.

Mother Nature is full of surprises. I'm glad the snow put out that wildfire. Or is it still out of control?

It's out of control in the central regions of Canada.

I don't believe there were any fires in this area...yet. But with a snowfall that significant you can be sure no fires will start.

Snowfalls are so nice to see. I wish the climate was colder here. I hope the fires are under control now.
