Falling Away

United States
July 3, 2023 9:47am CST
For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 1 Corinthians 1:18 Almost all my children have fallen away from God, and my grandchildren never believed He existed. Just like the verse says it is foolishness to them, sometimes my grandkids will even laugh, not in mean way but they just don't understand. I will never stop praying for them to find the light of Jesus Christ. Image is mine taken from pixabay.

That's my goal to set a good example and never be rude or hateful in anyway. I've read we should never give up on praying for our loved ones.

I am not religious either. It’s nice of you to care and pray for them.

Some who are raised in religious homes get tired of the emphasis on the church and services and rebel against it. Sometimes later in life they go back to it.

That's what I'm hoping for. They will come back or turn to the Lord before they die, hopefully when they are 100 years old.

I hope your children and grandchildren find other ways to walk in the Light- I lean toward the Mother but that does not mean that I am the devil. I find ways to nurture and to give to the planet and my fellow humans.

Yes, I will never give up praying for them, but now they are older and wouldn't listen.

Life is a great teacher. Sometimes, we have to let the children go and let them learn by experience.
