A New Boss Comes Around

It has been three months since the recent Boss came to work. It was an untimely transition because it was the last quarter of the school year. Plans had been laid and all set for the implementation. There were already personnel assigned to different projects and tasks.
The new principal was so imposing that he did a lot of revamps and changes that made all our heads spinning wildly. He made all the decisions and never asked for any opinion nor accepted any suggestions. The workplace has been chaotic, and people have been complaining…silently.
We cannot help comparing him from our former principal but there is nothing we can do now because just like he said…he is now the new government!
This is the first time that I have to work with a difficult boss!
Have you had the same experience?

I hope he becomes a little more considerate and becomes consistent as well.

You can find his soft spot for sure and he can be best at what he do.

Yes you are lucky. But I know he is not going to stay that long and I just can't wait.

I don't remember having a difficult boss, but I do remember dealing with a few difficult coworkers and a difficult client.
