job interview right now.
Been waiting for almost two hours now and I haven't been interviewed yet. Got an email invite last night for a WFH post. Decided to register via Zoom. Start time was 11am Manila time. Logged in at 10:50am and got an advisory to include in my full name the site where I prefer to be assigned. Followed the instruction since the site is walking distance from where I stay. Got another chat advisory saying to patiently wait until we are invited in the main Zoom room. Finally got it around 11:30am. Then we were made to wait for a couple more minutes until we are invited to a breakout room for the specific site we picked.
Finally, after almost an hour, got into the breakout room. The interviewer speaks and asks us to be more patient because there are only three of them doing the initial interview and over a hundred applicants online. I asked and confirmed if this is indeed a WFH post and he confirmed. If it wasn't, I'll gladly leave the interview already.
Anyway, I'm still in the breakout room and no one has started the interview yet. I have a work shift today and since I'm only waiting here, I decided to stick around while I do my tasks at work.
Hope the waiting pays off.
What else has everyone been up to today?

Good luck! I hope waiting pays off for you.
I took Pretty shopping and picked up meds at the pharmacy earlier today. Washed dishes and cleaned counters. The rest of my day was spent sleeping.

Waiting can be annoying. But it's understandable that with only three of them interviewing hundred applicants, it's not going to be easy.
Good luck. Hope that the patience pays off

I admire your patience, as it can't be easy to be put off so long. The clock has just turned to midnight here, which means I should be in bed. My day was quite uneventful, but in a good way. I also look forward to hearing how your interview went.

Patience is indeed a virtue.
Not everyone has it though.

Best of luck. I hope it would be worth the wait. I'm home with my 2 daughters. I've been doing chores and myLotting in between. I've got mounds of laundry to fold. The girls will be on dopamine detox (AKA gadget break) at 2 p.m. and that's my cue to lie down and get some rest before I tackle more chores for the rest of the day.

Good thing it was virtual. If it was an onsite interview, I would have walked out.

Hope you get the job. Sounds tough.
As for me, I did laundry, moved garbage cans, slept, did some sewing, and sawed some wood. I probably should fill out more job applications myself.
