It has been a wonderful day. I was up early and had the laundry in the washer by 3:35. I'm thankful for a good night's sleep. I'm thankful I got the laundry done early. I'm thankful for rock painting. I finished a rock today and will bring it home next week. And I'm thankful for all of you and the wonderful birthday wishes I got from you. You're awesome. I'm thankful for the wonderful dinner. And I'm also thankful for Sammy, my friend's dog that I'm watching. He's been good. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me. My dinner.

@just4him I have read something that could interest you. It seems that the spiruline pills (spiruline is an algae) are of a big help in losing weight as they boost the metabolism and decrease the bad cholesterol while increasing the good one. I learned this my chance, as someone suggested them to my husband to reduce cholesterol.

@LadyDuck I looked into it and considered it, and then was stopped by one small statement. Not for people with an autoimmune disease. I have ulcerative colitis, an autoimmune disease.

I was hoping you had a good birthday! I’m glad to hear you did. Today, I’m thankful I got to spend half of the day with a good friend. We had a great time, a great breakfast at IHOP, and I got to help her out when her car needed to be repaired.

Yes, it was good from start to finish. I got to bed late last night because the last thing I did was have a birthday pie with my friend down the hall—Sammy's mom. Picture - her goofy self.

No. Sammy is my friend's dog who lives down the hall from me. I won't be watching Twinky here anymore. I can't watch outside dogs, only those who live here.
