The photo should show the cement garden pillar that I drug home yesterday. I like how the pot of flowers looks as it sits on the pillar. I am fond of classical pieces like the pillar.
I am hopeful today. I brought up the idea of my wanting to go North this coming Spring, to walk with Rufus there, I brought the idea up with my helper-housecleaner. She said something would be figured out. My spirit wants and needs to climb mountains with Rufus. I will be content, though, with other easier paths. There is a historical homestead park in that area that has a half mile green walk between the gigantic red barn and the next door park. Places like that hold bucket loads of memories. I think if I keep working out through this Fall and Winter I can achieve something like that. Anyway, hope is my theme for this day.

The pillar looks very nice with the pot of flowers on it. I hope you don't get a strong wind that knocks the pot of flowers off.
Good luck with your hopeful project next Spring.

@sallypup I don't now. If you had a concrete pot it would be more difficult for the wind to blow down.

I like that pilar a lot, very classical looking. I have no urge to climb mountains, my knees can't take it.

@sallypup I have good muscles but no cartilage so that posed quite the issue with the knees.

@BelleStarr The coming down the steep path can be pretty gruesome if your knees and leg muscles are too weak to be brakes.

@BelleStarr That is a hard situation. My left knee cap is off kilter and my right appears to be quite arthritic.

That's a lovely piece. I hope the pot doesn't get blown off the pillar. I hope you get the chance to go north with Rufus. Enjoy your day.

How nice! I like the flowers on top too. The easier paths now may help you climb the mountains with Rufus in the Spring. Hope is a great theme.
