Do you remember a delightful and funny character named Pee Wee Herman? Well, the actor who portrayed him Paul Reubens lost his battle with cancer on July 30 at the age of 70. I still remember watching his TV show and those crazy movies he made. We can still enjoy watching those and I wish him the best in his next life.

@LadyDuck I was commenting with @JimBo452020 and he also said Pee Wee was not a popular character in Europe. Then I mentioned that the most popular for you in Europe was Mr. Bean and that it was too bad no one ever thought to put Mr. Bean together with Pee Wee as his American cousin, I think that would of been very funny,

@RasmaSandra Mr. Bean was very popular in France, not so much in Italy, but he is very well known in all European countries.

First time I saw him was in the movie Pee Wee's Big Adventure. My favorite of the movie is he demanding to see Francis and the butler said he is busy. Pee Wee doing what and the butler said a bath. He said, Where are they hosing him down?" I still vision his dance in the bar of bikers.

I will miss Pee Wee Herman a lot after he lost his battle to cancer. He was one of a kind as an entertainer who could play kid roles as well as serious roles.

Pee Wee Herman was the best! A TV kids show for adults to enjoy and really funny. Reminded me of the Soupy Sales show in some ways.

@RasmaSandra Another I thought of was a character called Uncle Floyd (Vivino)
who was on TV on a local channel in NJ. He actually had a DJ role in the Robin William's movie "Good Morning, Vietnam."
