Day Off: Lazy But Productive

Since it is a rainy summer day here in UK, I have decided to keep generally indoors today.
As usual I did some laundry as the washing machine is busy on weekends. Week day offs are perfect time for me to do them. I had to use the dryer due to the weather. I also decided to iron them.
Then I did a bit of vacuuming in my bed room as it gathered some cobwebs and dust while I was away on holiday.
I also did some online training for my work and some Italian lessons on Duolingo. Then I chilled a lot. Ideally it is not what I want to do on my day off as I wanted to be on the go but I guess sometimes a bit of forced relax is not bad.

I don't like going anywhere in the rain if I can help it. Other drivers aren't as careful as they could be when the roads are wet.
I hope you enjoyed your day.

@flapiz Yeah, I'm sure of that. I am glad you had a nice day, though.

You did enough staying indoors. And you well deserve some lazy relaxing time on off days. I try to keep my Sunday lazy and relaxing with nothing much to do.

I sometimes force myself out of the house but today I decided to rest. Last week I was doing too much. My body needs to recover from the long walks and treks.
