Sometimes I am using my smartphone while I am charging it. I need to find some information and I prefer my phone because it's smaller. I can take it in every room. If I am using my laptop I don't need to use my smartphone. I read that it's bad for battery's life if we use it while it is charged.

I agree with your opinion, because in my country there have been many cases of children dying from using cellphones while they were charging, to be more precise the cellphones exploded to take someone's life.

Yes I do but it is annoying as the plug is short. So I do not do it all the time.

Only when I really have to. Otherwise, I just let it finish charging first. Ideally, using it while charging should be avoided.

ALWAYS!
I know that its not good for the battery life. But being a college student, I am always in a situation to look at my phone even tho I have a laptop or don't need it. Haha.

Sometimes I do. But I try to be mindful of the battery. I avoid watching videos or anything that's demanding on the battery, and I only use it for basic tasks like checking email and browsing the web.

I think this article explain it well enough.
Better not use it too often while charging, for health reason
