Brunch With Darlene

It has been a while but I am happy to be back in my favourite brunch place, Gather. The weather is lovely today so we were able to do outdoor sitting. I met up with my colleague, Darlene, as we both thought we needed a proper day off. Today started with a lovely and healthy meal followed by a long walk along the canals.

I love the food, and now I am craving for a hot avocado and egg toast. Yes, sometimes a proper day off motivates us for the future work haha. Love those earrings btw.

Oh wow you have a good eye. I got these earrings from a flea market in Istanbul. It is very Turkish but affordable.

@flapiz Haha, thanks. One of my friends wear jewellery like that a lot. She has some lockets too with similar design. I love these but wear more colorful or flowery objects myself. I did not this was turkish jewellery! There food is amazing! And so are there rugs!
