Health Report - August 4

So, okay, I'm doing the health report now instead of tomorrow. I'm totally bored. I don't want to watch television. I don't want to read. The sun is still shining, and I feel like I should be doing something productive. And my back isn't hurting for the first time today.
This is for the week starting July 28. I ended July 27 at 215.9.
July 28 - Weight - 215.5. Calories - 1136.
July 29 - Weight - 214.9. Calories - 1707.
July 30 - Weight - 214.8. Calories - 1087
July 31 - Weight - 215.6. Calories - 1095
August 1 - Weight - 215.3. Calories - 1296
August 2 - Weight - 216.1. Calories - 1134.
August 3 - Weight - 215.4. Calories - 1026.
August 4 - Weight - 214.5. Calories - 960.
It looks like I lost a whole pound this week. That's a win. I've kept my calories mostly consistent. I had a birthday party on the 30th, so that one was a rough guess, though I didn't eat much that day. And today, I barely ate, but I did have a good lunch - baked potatoes and salmon where the bulk of my calories are for today.
With it being a light day, I'm hoping for better results on the scale tomorrow.
That's how I did this past week. How about you? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

You are doing great and are keeping good track. I know the temptations can be bad, just pat yourself on the back, good job!

I hope to go down a few more pounds, but I have maintained my weight loss now for a long time, I never want to go back to where I was before. Now, it's a lifestyle.

Great job Valeries! I'm proud of. you for sticking to a consistent plan. Small wins add up to big wins.
Because of how much stress and strain I put my body through playing pro paintball, I often have sore, stiff or injured joints and muscles. Thankfully, my insurance plan has a free exercise/stretching app that can be custom-designed to each person. I log into the app every day and run through the exercises and stretches for my muscles and joints. It's been a big lifesaver for me.

@just4him I’ve always done a lot of stretching on my own, but this app has introduced me to new stretches for muscles.and joints I never knew I had! Lol

@moffittjc Your muscles and joints are wondering what you're doing to them. They'll thank you for it.

A pound in a week is great. I am holding at 7 pounds lost. It's hard to lose when you can't be active. Enjoy your weekend.

@LindaOHio I think when I had my day when I had only one meal and less than a thousand calories, it helped me to keep it well below my set calorie goal.

@just4him Thanks. I could do better; but I hate being hungry all the time!

Going down a pound in a week is good, I know we'd like to lose faster when we are trying to lose weight...but that's a good weigh in I think.

Every little bit helps. Good for you!
I'm not interested in losing any. Let's not go there.

A pound is good. I hope you see the number drop even more when you step on again.
