I am sure the reason a bear managed to get into a swimming pool in Hingham Massachusetts last Tuesday was because of the hot weather was due to the loss of the forest in the area in the name of progress. Sebastian Stefani and his sister Anabelle Stefani witnessed a bear taking a swim in their swimming pool. The siblings did contact their parents of the bear swimming in the pool and walking in their back yard. One of the parents did contact animal control to ask for their assistance to come to their home to remove the bear from their home which was successfully removed without harm to the bear who returned to the forest after spending time cooling off in a swimming pool. It is my first time to see it. I guess we cannot control this, but to deal with it.

That is true since bears are losing their homes in the forest in the name of progress.

It seems that such kind of news happened a little bit often than before. Perhaps it is really hot and the bears wanted to soak in the pool to feel better. I am glad nobody is hurt and also the bears stay well.

The hot weather is one cause of bears going to swimming pools to cool off.

Many wild animals can sense where there is water and when it gets as hot as it has been they will do anything they can to reach any kind of water source.

The heat outside in that area must have been very hot outside.

Wouldn’t it be cool if animals could tell when humans wouldn’t hurt them? Then we could just sit and watch the bear swim, no harm, no foul.

That would be a great idea to have the animals talk to humans and tell them they mean no harm to them.

I am in agreement with you that the bear was able to leave the pool and home safely.
