How long can you keep meat in the freezer?

If it's never thawed out before, it should be fine to eat.

I have no idea what the "safe" or "quality" timelines are for keeping items in the freezer, but around here things tend to get thrown out inside of a month to six weeks at the most. I am quite certain they are still good after that (especially so long as they are subsequently cooked properly), but for just how long, I don't know.
