Good evening. I thought I'd hold off on washing my hair until tomorrow, but decided to do it today. It was past due with all the hot tubs and pools I've been as of late. Not that I can complain. It'll do me some good, too. I'm being active and I'm proud of that.

This antibiotic the doctor has me on, makes me feel a bit warn down. but, it is what it is.

Only problem is that once I take a nice cooling shower and step out of it after drying I can feel the sweat popping out already, I jump in the shower at least twice a week,

That's great! Washing your hair after using a hot tub or pool is a good idea. Good for your hair.

Yeah. I know. None of the rooms had the handheld shower so I couldn't do it there, but I did when I got home.
