Can you Imagine Fritters in the Breakfast on A Weekday?

I have to say my mom is a genius and she knows what I want and sometimes she surprises me with her innovative thinking.
Yesterday evening I requested her with half mind to prepare fritters but then I told her to not cook as I changed my mind, she said ok but then she today prepared those in my breakfast LOL which I was not expecting and I did enjoyed these too
Can you Imagine Fritters in the Breakfast on A Weekday? Do you sometimes receive these sort of surprises from your family members?

Yes I did, although I was not expecting it and would have enjoyed more if its my day off or Sunday or evening when I am home but that's ok, I still enjoyed those

Yes she prepared a veggie for my lunch, flat bread, and prepared fritters too in very short time

No. They are like veggies chopped in small pieces, dipped in slurry of gram flour and deep fried in cooking oil
