Earlier I was getting these but since I chat a lot so my inbox gets filled very quickly and this is the reason I have disabled my lot notifications on my email and just taking notifications on email when I am being messaged by anyone as I think it counts as a rare event LOL Are you taking Mylot Notifications on Email?

@Butterfingers My avator is not shown yet. It is still something wrong with the Mylot system. I tried to upload my avator to my setting but it doesn't work at all.

I think you haven't changed the settings but in case you like to receive less or no then you can change the notification settings

Sometimes it (uploading photos) works. Sometimes you have to edit the discussion, clear the photo image (I know one is not showing but the site thinks one is...

No, I only get notifications on myLot itself. My first discussion here shows how to set up email notifications so your myLot notifications go into their own inbox on your email account and doesn't fill up your regular inbox.

@Butterfingers Yeah, after I worked out how to do that on three of the major email servers, I didn't use it. I just posted what I'd found and turned email off for me.

That's a good tip, I might check that someday but I guess its fine for me as I check my lot several times in a day now so I don't need to take notifications on the email

Yes, I am okay with getting them since they are so easy to delete. But it would just be much simpler to turn them off like you have done.

I get emails from mylot telling me when a comment was made. I have to be sure to delete them. They add up.

At the bottom of the notification settings you can choose how often myLot sends an email, one of those choices is one email every 24 hours no matter how much you chat.

No, I come here every day, no need to receive plenty of emails. I ask to receive emails only for PMs.
