This morning, I suggest our team start to hold meeting in English, everyone is exsiting for this, we conscientiously completed the 45-minute meeting, I am really proud of our team. We enjoy our work, and try to improve in professionally and language, I think we could be better day by day, especially, as a team leader, I need to lead them to learn more, more practice, try to break our old model. It is Sep now, so in the next four month, we could make us different.

Good for you,we hold english meeting with customers from time to time,but inside our team,there was no such a meeting,as if we are embarrassed to speak english among team.

@Ada2021 We speak 28 different languages here in Europe, we have to agree using a common one.
