How Do You Do It?

After working hard all day or all week how do you relax or chill out ? What do you like doing? Are you one of those persons who would need the company of another person or persons to help you relax? Music relaxes me, so if l am listening to music l won't need company, also if l am meditating. If l am jogging, spending some hours at the spa, the beach or eating out - then l might want company. So how do you like to spend your relaxing moments? Pixabay image

If only I could sleep..that would be my ideal. But that is not happening for me. So when I can walk to nature that helps me and also a good movie. I do not need company. That photo is absolutely gorgeous..so inviting it looks.

Try oats porridge in the evening that should help you sleep. Also Chamomile herbal tea.

It's me, myself, and I sitting at the computer working on a book. It might seem like work, and it is, but it's so relaxing. I also watch TV for a few hours at the end of the day.

I know what you mean. Most times when we are doing something we love it doesn't seem like work. I also watch television for a few hours at the end of the day.

Reading relaxes me too - but it depends on the book, same with movies.

I enjoy nature. Birds, butterflies and flowers. Takes me to another level. Music of course is a necessity. Fuod for our souls.

Enjoying nature is definitely one of the best ways to relax, especially when one is naturally a nature person.

I’m watching (American) football right now, and that is how I chill out, with watching sports. Sometimes, I’ll put on some country music too, and it makes me all happy.

Depends on the day, what I'm doing. If I pace myself right it doesn't matter if I have company or not.

Depending on how one chooses to relax company can be a distraction - for some. With some others it won't matter.

After a long day at work, I prefer to decompress alone. In my line of work, I do a lot of talking, meetings, etc. So it would be nice to have a bit of peace and quiet for a while. I will go for a walk, I will watch Netflix, do some light reading, or bake. Then after that, I am ready for some company.

I stretch out and sip a glass of lemonade. But it seems I do this every day. Not just after working hard all day. Haven't worked hard like that for over a decade.
