Eggs for dinner?

I saw a discussion from @snowy asking if anyone eats broccoli for breakfast and that reminded me of something. I used to live in a shared flat and one time, I was eating dinner when my flatmate came home. She saw that I was eating scrambled eggs and rice and she said, 'Why are you eating a breakfast meal for dinner?' And I was like, why not? Actually, I don't label scrambled eggs as something I'd only eat for breakfast. I mean, if I feel like it, I will eat it anytime of the day. Lol
How about you? Do you only eat eggs for breakfast?

Nope. I eat eggs any time of the day. I like them and they're easy to fix.

@sol_cee Hello! Yeah, I know, right? I'd never be able to eat anything.
What have you been up to lately?

That reminds me of my 6 years old neighbor many years ago...She saw that we were eating fish tinola (soup) for breakfast and she amusedly asked why are we eating fish for breakfast.. That's the same as your topic lol, it's like eating cereals at night which I also do.

Food is food . . . when you're hungry you can eat whatever, right? Tonight we are having udon, so I am boiling up some eggs for that. We put eggs in fried rice. Sometimes we make a fried egg sandwich for lunch. Eggs are good any time of the day - or night!

Well, I don't really like eggs all that much but yes, I pretty much eat them only for breakfast. When my kids were growing up though we sometimes had pancakes for dinner and called it "Breakfast dinner." t was a treat for some of us but my daughter never liked breakfast for dinner.

lol pancakes for dinner is also my kind of thing too. But for us here, cooking egg is the easiest thing to do esp if you have nothing in the fridge to cook. Just buy a piece of egg in the nearby small store outside, cook it anyway you like, and you're good to go. Hunger satisfied.

@Kouponkaren I saw a lot of this version in social media, and I have tried it before too. Really yummy! But for typical Filipinos, good ol' scrambled egg is a savior

I have to mix in something with my eggs or I am not satisfied. So I usually do an omelet and add cheese and veggies to it.

No.. We eat it anytime... I remember when I was in grade one. My mother used to serve scrambled egg with rice when I come home from school. And I think that's when I gained a lot of weight. LOL
We eat breakfast foods even during dinner, like longanisa and other "silog" hihihi

No. I eat eggs at anytime of the day And most Filipinos eat rice three times a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). But, I don’t have breakfast often.
