What facet of your job cannot be replaced by (AI)Artificial Intelligence

The advancement in technology have result in some tasks done by artificial intelligence. Usual queries about some products and services are attended to by AI. Customer service representatives can replaced by AI. In my work I can say that AI will never be able to make an assessment of the personality traits of my staff who have different skills and capacity. AI will not be able to observe how my staff deal with the clients on a day to day basis. What about you?

While I was still working, most of my job was customer service... so all of it could be done by AI.

@florelway AI can explain everything to the customers, can quote current prices and set up the new phone/laptop/tablet purchases for the customers just like I did... It could also do repairs on electronics if it has the correct waldos attached.

@DaddyEvil That's possible because the work is very mechanical.

That's most probably because AI can store all the information related to the company's activities.

Very true. Emotions have no tangible data and it cannot be stored.

@Shavkat That's correct... Chat GPT had made things easier even with students.. My niece said she doesn't like it because she will nog learn.

None of my jobs can be replaced by ai. You have to think on your toes. Each situation is different.

That's good. AI would not have a place in your work.

I am retired now; but I worked as an Accounting Office Manager. I don't know how much of my job could have been done by AI. Have a good day.

It's very alarming that machines will replace human works.

At times, I can make out patterns in a problem based on how different people respond in certain situations. Plus patterns in a tricky technical problem based on my experience and deviation from the documented behaviour. AI systems could be good at following known factors but not the kind of intuitiveness that we possess. If however one day, AI systems learn such nuances of behaviour, then they could become Superhuman in some sense and that won't be good for us.
