Those who do not get sardines and mackerels

I do not know if other fish also has omega 3 that is good for reducing the bad cholesterol but both the sardines and mackerels are loaded. Also some may not like to eat this fish There is hope. I do not eat fish and have stayed away for over 4 years now. I regularly take seven seas cod liver oil pearls that are loaded with omega 3 and other nutrients including vitamin D that helps reduce triglycerides leading to lowering the LDL cholesterol Is there any other food that contains omega 3?

I have no idea, but what I know is, when we age, we dont eat fried fish, we should it eat with a soup.

We do not get that fish here and yes I have heard that it does contain omega 3

I do not know, but I love sardines and anchovies, though I have had neither for a while. I usually eat tuna..but I am afraid of the large amounts of mercury in fish now..why did you stop eating it?

There is salmon, walnuts, soybeans and oysters. I can not think of anymore but there is probably more.
