Good night, dear friends.
I cleaned part of the kitchen and thawed part of the leftover meatloaf for dinner. I discovered that the next time I will cut it up before freezing it. Live to learn.
But I decided that that meatloaf recipe would become part of my everyday cooking. It is delicious and very inexpensive as compared to a steak or something like that.
I will now make a grocery list to see if it is worth it to ask for groceries tomorrow or I might skip it until next week.

Meatloaf is always good; and you can make many variations of it and even put leftover veggies, etc. in it. Have a good day.
