You know the idea is to promote discussions here. Not spout random facts and hope someone comes along with something to say. Just a pro tip. Secondly, depending on the job, you can't just get up and walk away. That only works if you're self-employed or working from home. If you're lucky enough to get a break , then you could step out then. But, remember not all work is the same.

Luckily I don't work in a stressful job.
I like to think I'm an artist but I don't draw or paint as often as I'd like to. But I did figs in oil pastels today.

That's THE advice! Taking a break and stepping outside to enjoy some fresh air can do wonders for relieving stress. Nature has a way of calming the mind and providing a refreshing perspective. It's true, a stressed mind can cloud creativity and hinder problem-solving.
