It is always a learning process and I am leaning that all the leaves in my garden be it mango, cashew, papaya, and all other fruit leaves have some healing property. Take papaya leaves for instance. If chopped and soaked in water that water is good for those suffering from Asthma.
Why were we not inroduced to these remedies before we were loaded with drugs that always have side effects. Antibiotics for instance can kill one's kidneys. Then some get ulcers in the mouth - the list is endless
Would you know of any benefit that you get from whatever leaves you find around you or in your garden?

There was a lot of wisdom and science in old traditional practices. Sad that we lost them to all healthcare development. I have quite a few in my garden. I use my ajwain leaves a lot for digestion as well as for cold and cough. Mathakali is another one for digestion and works like magic for mouth ulcers.
