Pineapple Upside Down Cake

My neighbor asked a favor of me and I was happy to help. He needed a pineapple upside cake for work for his boss for his birthday. I bake but had never made this cake. I found a recipe online and gave it a try. I was so thrilled that it came out picture perfect! He was so happy and his boss loved his cake. I have made two more cakes and I must say it is delicious!

I'm glad the cake came out for you the first time and every time you've made it. Mom used to make that kind of cake when I was little.

I usually bake cakes, but I don't know how to make pineapple cake. Glad that your cake came out well and everyone liked it

I make upside down cakes using different fruits, not pineapple, we both only like it fresh, not even canned. My favorite two are plums and peaches.

Wow! It is great that it came out perfect on your first trial. I love pineapple upside down cake and my younger daughter ( 17 years old) makes a perfect one. I am not much into baking. I enjoy cooking.

I do not know how to make a pineapple upside down cake. My mother made one several times a day and it was really good.
