How do you put happiness into practice?

There are many forms of happiness in the lives of individuals. It can be done in a simple way or not. Personally, I put happiness into practice for simple things. I cherish everything that is going on in my life at present. I live a simple life and refrain from having complicated situations as much as possible. Of course, my life is not a perfect one. I can still have ups and downs, but I continue to be positive.
What makes you happy?
Can you say that you are happy now?

I like to think that I'm a happy person. I feel blessed to have a good life even though my riches aren't in material things.

If my tummy is not hurting me I feel a bit of happiness.
If my son is well I feel happiness.
I am also happy to know God.

Happiness is not something that I look for from life.
I would prefer to find it as a well within myself, that I can tap into.
My core is built on happiness then, and it is only life that can move me away from my core, if I let it do so.
We can be joyful in doing things, and then happiness arises out from our core, and provides the icing to joy's cake.

@Shavkat Yes, it is hard to maintain happiness if we need to feed it with outer experiences all of the time.
