The day is gray and ugly again so the rest of the consommé will go for lunch. The weather lady said that it would rain tomorrow. I have some chicken and some rainbow trout. But as it is cold I will start with a warm taco for a brunch. I have tortillas, cheese, sweet pepper, tomato and avocado. I can make a hot guacamole paste to add there. Little by little the leftovers will get smaller. See you at your posts. It seems that not many people are here now

@LadyDuck THese avocados are grown here. I like the Hass variety. The big ones are exported and if you want to have one of those, you have to pay a lot. I buy the smaller ones.

@marguicha Perfect for a guacamole. I checked the avocados in the store last Friday. They came from Kenya, I bought once and I do not like them.

I've been finishing off leftovers, too. I ate the rest of the beef and noodles for breakfast this morning and will have to think of something to make for my lunch. I hope you're enjoying your day.
