Money can't buy happiness is that true?

I´d sing with The Beatles: Money can´t buy me love. I guess money helps up to a point but it is not all.

I agree.... I think people who say money can't buy happiness have always had too much money.

An ice cream is not at all happiness, it's only a little pleasure. Money cannot buy happiness, but being without money is also a problem. Money surely helps to feel better.

There are definitely a lot of things that money can buy that make our lives easier or happier. But it can't buy joy and true happiness.

Having money to buy the basic needs is better than living paycheck to paycheck and having to eat and drink less meals.

I agree that money would go a long way toward happiness.

Money is very important in life and with out it life is very difficult.Money is not everything,but it is something that is needed to run a family and a happy life

not everyone has money and lives happily, many people fight over it, causing disputes between families.

Money can give you what you want but you need good friends in your life to make you happy.

It helps. But isn't everything

Money can buy you what you want, so that can make you happy in a way but its not everything. In life, its a mix of all things that can bring you deeper joy beyond superficial or temporary happiness that money can give. Aside from financial stability there's personal growths and relationships, life's purpose and fulfillment etc.

Money can't directly buy happiness, but it CAN make life more comfortable and when you have more of it, you can certainly be freer to pursue your own interests and dreams and have more ability to actually do what you want to do rather than just talk about it. Money is freedom, and being freer can sometimes make one happier. Just my two cents.
