Workout done

I had half an hour in my hand and 2 choices...whether to just waste these 30 min scrolling the internet or hitting the floor for workout. And now here I'm completely sweaty, radiating heat but feeling good. I feel really wonderful post exercise. It is nust the stimulus to get started which is tough is achieve.

I am going to have my daily long walk in the afternoon. I have been busy this morning.

I work out almost every morning. I cover 3 to 5 km jogging and sometimes walk. That's enough to stay fit.

Everyday is just so good. I can do it only for 5 days a week. The stimulus to hit the floow should be great for me

@amitkokiladitya It's good to hear you that you used the 30 minutes of yours for work out . I haven't done any work outs recently. It's over .. I think many years ago.. I believe the benefits of walking.. So I keep it as a habit & regularised

Some peolple are happy walkers .Even I'm but ut doesn't allow me lose weight so I prefer to do cardio instead

That is also a perfect way. But sadly walking doesn't help me reduce my weight
