I am asleep. I must admit to this claim.I need to use an alarm clock and set the timer to three times with a 5-minute interval. In this way, I can sleep for three attempts. My mobile phone is doing its job in this matter.I wondered why I lost my body clock.Perhaps I am always sleeping late and cannot trigger it. Do you set an alarm clock to wake up early? Image Credit: st4.depositphotos.com

I used to be like this before. But then, it changed when I started to work online.

I do. Especially id there's an important appointment and I need to be at the place on time. I don't trust my biological clock anymore as I don' t sleep in normal hours anymore....

Indeed. I also do not rely to it now. Even if I have enough sleep, I still need to use an alarm clock to wake me up.

I don’t normally need an alarm clock, but if I have to be somewhere the next morning I set it in case this is the one time I oversleep.

When I do not have my morning classes, I do not need to set it. Since I am working in the morning and preparing the lunchbox for my niece, I need to use it during the weekdays.

I think I am . Sometimes I am so loaded with students online until midnight. That is the time that I am so exhausted. Alarm clock is the best tool for me to wake up early morning the following day.
