I did it!

I was able to get my most daunting task of the day done.
I went to Target and bought some new teaching pants. They are basically the same as the ones I had before, but they are not falling apart at the seams.
Does anyone remember Dianne from MyLot? She had a higher clothing budget than mine, and two cute grandkids who were good on the ice.
I liked to tease her about my being a "clothes horse" when I bought a pair of pants or a t-shirt.
My pants cost me $25 and should last me for a few years. I attribute the high price to the fact that they are "Wrangler," a fairly well-respected brand in the US. Have you heard of it?
I am pooped now and will play some guitar on my bed.
How was your Sunday?

Ah, Wrangler is my hubby's favorite brand of jeans. They are very durable and last for years! Much better than the name brands that are $49 or more a pair!!
And yes, I remember Diane! I wish she would hop back on board here!
I had a great Sunday relaxing for 2nd day in a row!! Yay!

@TheHorse I liked talking to her about cologne and all the samples I would get and she would tell me about her cologne she would get when she is in Florida. I hope she stops by again

@Tina30219 Heh. I wear Bvlgari. It makes me irresistible to women. Well, at least the ones who did not flee in radial symmetry when they saw me coming.

Sounds like a good deal! I do remember Dianne. How is it in Walnut Creek? I moved up to San Jose from Southern California, and I love the weather up here. I haven't been to Walnut Creek, but it is fairly close to San Jose, right? Hope you had a great weekend!

Yes, I'm tempted to call Dianne because she's been absent for so many months. I know she's very busy but..... I'm glad you got some new duds. Yes, I know the Wrangler brand. Hope you have a good week.

If it is the 'Dianne' I'm thinking about she doesn't come on often. Wranglers might not be jeans that many women wear nowadays.

I am generally an abject slob, and stumble around in dirty shorts and flip flops. And a t-shirt. but when I teach, whether it be at Guitar Center or the College, I generally wear long pants and an LL Bean button down disguised a a Brooks Brothers button down.

Sunday has flown and melted into Monday and now Monday is at an end. I am sorry Dianne is not here with her stories but I always knew she was more high on life than sitting on a site,
