And hello everyone! So its me Sam and now its a sem break in our school. or maybe just the halloween break. idk what it is actually called but yea we have 1week of break so I might be here. but also have some assignments so yea will might go busy at times. So its saturday here. I am supposed to go to gym, but nah. I dont have anymore money in my cardboard bank LOL. so I just did some calisthenics workout, like pushups, situps. or the what you call home workout. So this is my photo in gym last week, and yea.. how's yall seconds, minute, hours, days, weeks, months, years. did?

Hey, buddy! It's good to see you back on myLot! And yeah, we can tell you've been working out!

Something you might think about doing, just for you, not for us, is compare just your face with how you looked before you started working out. Even your face is thinner now...

Hello bud. THank you.. yea yea I can also tell but aint lot of gains. I actually workout not for girls, but to help my mom with groceries LOL.. well thanks for that compliment but I dont actually see the difference in my face..

Yeah, yeah, I know... girlfriends are expensive...

To you, there don't look to be a lot of gains but to someone who has only seen you in once in a while pictures, you look like good gains so far.

And, that's why I'm telling you to get a picture from before you started working out and put it beside a picture of you now and look at it. You're doing really well.

Wait until your uncle, @MrDenata sees you... He'll think girls are chasing you down the street now.
