It is rare for an alligator to leave their home area in the Everglades in Florida and wander on a beach in Hillsboro Beach. Beach goers were scared and rightfully so when they saw a large alligator swimming in the shallow waters on the beach. Officials with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission answered the emergency call from the concerned beach goers to remove the alligator from the shallow salt water by using their equipment to capture the animal and take the alligator to the back of their truck to take the alligator to the Everglades where the alligator where the alligator can be at home at last since alligators do not like to be in salt water for a long time. How did the alligator escape from his former move in fresh water to a beach is not known. Link is upi.com/3981698782016 via @upi

This would have been a very tough task for the staff from Wildlife Commission. It is great that they were able to relocate the alligator.

You are right since it takes a lot of courage for these animal control officers to catch an alligator and take them to another body of water.

Animals will travel where they think they will find food.

He must have traveled thru the wet swampland until he reached the ocean. It must have been a long way.

Seeing an alligator in the water would clear the beach in a hurry.
